Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, Brown Hair and Co. requires a minimum of 48 hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hrs notice, a 50% of your service re-book fee will apply, and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

However, for same day or no showed appointments, 100% of your service price is due in a re-book fee before a new appointment is scheduled.

Your full required deposit will be due in a re-book fee for any cancellation without 48hrs notice.

Otherwise, it is transferable one time.
